At Beaven's Martial Arts we offer various classes to improve your fitness.
Fitness Kickboxing is a great cardio workout where we start off with stretching and loosing the muscles, we then move in to a series of kicking and punching techniques on bags. We wrap up the hour with working on your core with various exercises, and a final cool down and stretch.
Strength Training for those wanting to build their strength by improving the muscles.
Primal Fitness offered by Brian Beaven is a circuit-style fitness class using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) featuring a variety of training tools. We use kettle bells, Indian clubs, battle ropes, dumbbells, jump boxes, sandbags, and much more. Classes focus on improving endurance, balance, agility, strength, speed, and power. The classes are designed to help you lose weight, gain muscle, and improve your overall fitness. Whatever your fitness or health goal is, we will help you achieve it.
